RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not the right fit? Feel free to send your item back within 30 DAYS of your purchase date. We can provide an exchange or refund of your purchase price. Returns must be in NEW, UNWORN, and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please use a protective box outside the original shoe box. Enclose a copy of the original invoice so refund can be processed accordingly. Kindly write the reason for return on the invoice.
- Ship the item(s) off to below address.
- Please first place a new order to secure the item you would like to exchange for.
- Return the original order following the above Return Instructions.
- ITEMS UNDER $20 & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- Undeliverable packages due to refusal to receive, over attempted delivery or incorrect delivery information provided by customer will be refunded with 20% restocking fee.
- Processing time for refund is up to 5 business days after our receipt of package in the original form of payment.
- Manufacturing defects and human errors are never expected as our shipping department takes pride in inspecting every single order that goes out, but unfortunately it does occur. In the case it does occur please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly assume responsibility and service you. Photos may be requested.
