    We truly appreciate your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, so are we. Just return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The return/exchange policies and instructions are stated as below.

    Refund Policy

    Products return and exchange must be in its original, new, unworn and resalable condition. For Returns for refunds, a Restocking Fee of 20% (applies to free shipping offers) will be deducted from refund. The 20% restocking fee is waived for exchanges (see detailed instruction at Steps for Exchange below). Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse receiving or deduct an additional restocking fee of 15% for returned items beyond the 30-day period, OR for items not in resalable condition (worn, missing original packaging, damaged shoe box, or altered so items are different from original condition, etc.). Customers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping.

    Steps for Return

    Step1:     Pack the item back to original condition and prepare the original invoice.

    Step 2:     Please use protective box outside the original shoes box when you return your item(s). Enclose a copy of the original invoice inside the box. We are not able to process your refund if the invoice is not enclosed.

    Step 3:     Ship the package to the return address below.

    Steps for Exchange

    As fashion items turn over quickly, we cannot hold an item for exchange. Please follow these simple steps for Exchanges. The restocking fee of 20% is waived for exchanges. Any shipping fee (expedited shipping, additional shipping applied for PO Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) purchased on the original order is not refundable.

    Step 1:     Place a new order to firmly secure the item you would like to exchange for.

    Step 2:     Process the return for the original order following above Return Instruction. Write on the returning invoice the NEW Order ID for the new exchanged item. Providing the new order ID will allow us waive the 20% restocking fee.

    Step 3:     Package and ship returning item to us, upon receipt and confirmation of new exchange order, we will provide Full refund to the original order excluding original shipping fees if any.

    Other Friendly Reminders

    • It is the best to return your item(s) with shipping insurance coverage and tracking number.   
    • Undeliverable packages that are returned to us because of refusal to receive, over-attempted delivery, or incorrect delivery information furnished by customer will be automatically processed for refund with 20% restocking fee within 21 days upon receiving.  
    • All items under $20 and international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/exchange.
    • Process time to refunds are 14-21 business days after receipt of package in the original form of payment.

    In a perfect world, manufacturing defect and human errors are never expected as our shipping department takes pride on checking and verifying every single order that goes out but unfortunately it does occur.
